  • For clients who are not in network with the insurance I take, we could also explore creating a superbill for reimbursement. If you are a private pay client I can offer a 10% discount as well for paying upfront.

I believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone; for this reason I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee weekly appointments (based on financial hardship). Please contact me to discuss further.

A Quick Note:

Why I Don’t Offer Consultation Calls

In my experience, consultation calls can create pressure to “perform” rather than connect, for both therapist and client. As someone with ADHD, I find these brief calls often pull me into HEAVY masking, which means you’re not really meeting the therapist I am in the room. More broadly, consultation calls often expect therapists to give away emotional labor and expertise for free, something we don’t typically ask of other healthcare professionals.

Instead, I invite you to begin the real work with me in session, where we have the time and space to explore what you need and whether we’re a good fit. And if we discover we’re not, that time is still well spent, I’ll have a thoughtful understanding of what you’re looking for and can be a meaningful resource in connecting you to the right therapist. For many neurodivergent clients, even this process becomes part of practicing boundaries, communication, and self-advocacy.
